Santorum tells CNN's Wolf Blitzer that, unlike Gingrich, he thinks it is proper to put a call in and congratulate the winner:

Santorum is determined to stay in the race and oust the former Speaker as the conservative alternative to Governor Romney. His ads are certainly targeting Speaker Gingrich.
