His assertion is that he or she who gets up, dusts themselves off and move on are the most likely to win the nomination. Maybe. But that's what Pawlenty has been trying to do (and which he has done well, in a number of instances) since the New Hampshire debate, and yet he has still hasn't seen a bounce for all his efforts.
