The entire video is over an hour. He makes the comments about crony capitalism at about the 30 minute mark. At the 36 minute mark, he talks about Paul Ryan and why he wants him to run for President, and he also talks about Mitch Daniels, Chris Christie, and others as examples of what Republican reform should look like. At about the 56 minute mark, he makes the point that Republicans need to depart from the past 30 years of nominating establishment candidates and go with someone fresh and interesting...to learn from the Dems in 2008.
