Speaking to Fox News, Senator Bob Corker discusses his proposal to cap federal spending, commenting that "people understand spending is out of control in Washington." On the current 1,924 page spending bill, Senator Corker added that when you don't even have time to read a bill in time to pass it "that is flying in the face of the responsibility that we have here in the United States Senate."
