As the one year anniversary of President Obama's health care overhaul approaches later this month, a new Rasmussen poll reveals that a majority of Americans are favoring repeal.
In the latest survey investigating voters' views of the Affordable Care Act, Rasmussen found that three in five American's support repealing the legislation, with just over half strongly in favor of repeal (the highest number to date.)
Rasmussen also reveals that 61% of Americans' feel the law will increase health care costs, with 54% noting that President Obama's overhaul will be bad for the country. Nearly three in five voter's also believe that health care reforms will add to the deficit, and only 28% feel it will improve the quality of health care.
With a number of states pressing for an expedited Supreme Court hearing, and GOP lawmakers looking for ways to defund the legislation, Rasmussen's latest results indicate that support may also be growing for Republican efforts.
