This video from the Fiscy Awards was just posted yesterday. The awards are aimed at raising pubic awareness of America's fiscal crisis by giving awards to those public officials who have done the most to demonstrate leadership on fiscal discipline. Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels was one of three recipients of the award. The other two were Kent Conrad and Paul Ryan. In this video you can watch Daniels make his remarks praising Paul Ryan as "the single most promising figure in American public life today." Pretty significant coming from a man who doesn't shell out gratuitous approbation.
